Bootstrapping panel at TiECon 2006

Tiecon2006I should have posted about this earlier: I will be moderating the panel discussion on Startup bootstrapping tomorrow at TiECON 2006, and really expect a great discussion between 3 serial entrepreneurs and 3 investors – and as usual hope for a lot of participation from the audience. My panelists will be:

  • Fred Durham, CEO CafePress
  • David Hornik, General Partner August Capital
  • Kanwal Rekhi, Angel Investor
  • Tony Schneider, CEO Automattic
  • Tim Tuttle, VP AOL Video

The program of the conference is quite impressive, especially for the roster of speakers. I will make sure to attend the Web 2.0 session moderated by Mike Arrington, featuring portfolio co Kaboodle CEO Manish Chandra and pals Kevin Rose and Tony Conrad.

Looks like it's going to be an interesting panel (particularly since you have a VC and an angel investor discussing bootstrapping).

Look forward to meet/chat with you at TiECon tommorow.

-PS

You did a great job in the Tiecon bootstraping panel discussion. Your guestions are so relevant to us, toying ideas and not making sure of launching the companies. Thank you so much for your great job!
